1. DELIVERY

Carpets2Go is not currently offering delivery on any product(s). This includes flooring remnants, accessories, underlay and any other listed product(s). We have removed the delivery option from the shopping cart and final purchase pages. Please refrain from purchasing a product if you, the customer have no means of collecting the product from Carpets2Go. 


2. COLLECTION

You may collect your purchased product from our retail store (Carpets2Go) once your purchase is finalised. Please ensure that the payment has gone through prior to collecting your purchase, as we'll check the purchase history on arrival. It is also advised the you print out a copy of your receipt, either from your account with us, or from your PayPal account.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot find any history of purchase, and you cannot prove, either using a receipt from your account or PayPal that you have purchased a product.


3. COLLECTION WINDOW

We are happy to hold your products for 7 working days after purchase. Once 7 working days has elapsed, we will attempt to contact you. If we receive no further updates or information we will issue a refund without notice. This will not affect your statutory rights. Please endeavour to collect your item promptly after purchase. 


4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If you arrive at the store, and your unhappy with the product (eg. the product was not as it was described, or the image wasn't true to the product), we'll be happy to offer you a refund after investigation. This will not affect your statutory rights. Please bear in mind, that the product images are only as true as phone screens and computer monitors are capable. Therefore, colour differentiation is inevitable.
